<p>Please note that we are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit or return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.&#xA0;</p>

HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?

We opened up our online Shopify store a few hours after the Kickstarter campaign concluded in response to people who requested to pre-order.

<p>All of our Origami Paddlers are still on pre-order.&#xA0;</p>
<p>All of our branded merchandise is available and ready for fulfillment.&#xA0;</p>
<p>Due to the pandemic-related&#xA0;<a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/03/shipping-crisis-strikes-black-friday-shopping-amid-europe-china-floods.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">supply chain issues</a>, we will not be offering accessories unless we can currently fulfill them. As soon as we can offer these accessories, we will announce them on our social media and email updates.&#xA0;</p>
<p>We are currently shipping Origamis, and as much as possible, we are shipping by pledge number, location, and color choice. We have done our best to anticipate any other costs and believe our current shipping rates are all-inclusive. <br>However, if additional costs are incurred, you are responsible for paying them. Because it has been so long since many of our Origami community placed their preorder we have given every preorder customer the chance to reconfirm their color selection and their shipping address.
