Tracking the Status of your order, return, or exchange

Whenever your Origami Paddler order is fulfilled, an email automatically generates to provide the tracking number for your Origami. This notification is sent to the email address associated with your order. We are currently working to confirm each order before we ship, since many in our community placed a preorder months ago. Please remember the shipping timeline was and is an estimate and subject to change.


Each Origami and Freedom Cart ship in individual boxes and each will generate an automatic email detailing what is shipping with the tracking number.
When you return or exchange an item, we will send you a link to print a label with a tracking number created.


We can then track when you print and send the return or exchange. When we receive your return or exchange, we will then complete your return or exchange as specified.

We love our whole Origami community and our team is working as hard as we can to resolve any issues you have with your order and your Origami.

If you have questions about your order emailing [email protected] is the best way to get them addressed. If you feel something isn't right even if the warranty is expired reach out to us and we will figure out a way to make it right.

We do have a large volume of communications since we started shipping preorders in December and we are committed to responding well to each person. Thank you in advance for your light and patience. 

We are able to process most returns and exchanges in 10-15 business days.

Due to the high volume of messages we have received since beginning to ship to our preorder community, and the affects of the latest Pandemic surge there may be an additional delay in processing returns, refunds, and exchanges. 


Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.

 

We have started shipping to our preorder customers. There are some preorder customers who ordered before we had color selections. For those customers we need to confirm your color choice. Because it has been so long since many of our Origami community placed their preorder we have given every preorder customer the chance to reconfirm their color selection and their shipping address. We have experienced numerous issues with this portal since opening it to preorder customers. We are working to resolve any glitches. If you are unable to use the portal, please email us with your color choice and updated shipping address at [email protected]

Please understand we have many people at once emailing us about their preorder and each of your orders is very important to us. Our response times will be delayed but we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to you and make it right.
