The expected shipping date for Origami Paddler, as a Pre-Order Product, is noted on each Product page, subject to delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such a date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Origami Paddler does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  

As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Origami Paddler is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.

The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by Origami Paddler, unless manufacturing or other processes require a change to this plan.

We will update you after Pre-Order when your items are available for shipping to confirm your shipping information. We will not ship your item unless we have confirmation that your shipping information is current. 


COVID Notice: Shipping takes longer than usual these days, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. Both the U.S. Postal Service and private carriers expect shipping delays right now. 

We'll get your items shipped as quickly as possible, but we, unfortunately, can't control how quickly shipping services can get your items to your doorstep. 


We've been getting reports of items marked as "delivered" 24-48 hours before they arrive. Again, we don't have control over the delivery, but please let us know if you don't receive your items within a few days of their delivery date. You will be provided with a tracking number by email when your product ships. 




For orders outside North America, it may take weeks to receive your order, depending on the customs procedures of the receiving country. 

We currently offer rates for shipping to Canada and most of Europe to our Kickstarter backers only. We will add more rates as we build the shipping network across the world and offer these shipping options on our website as soon as possible. 

If you experience a delay in shipping, please get in touch with us within 30 days. 

UPS does not keep shipment tracking records past 30 days, so if you do not receive your shipment or your shipment is damaged, please get in touch with us within 30 days, and we will be happy to help.


You are also responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase of any products or services made available through the Site, including sales, use, value-added, and excise taxes. We have done our best to make our shipping rate all-inclusive and, to the best of our knowledge- have included any duty, fee, or other tax as part of the current rate.
